Andrew Shepard

Come on. Really? Andrew Shepard was Sorkin's ultimate president. He dated, he giffawed...and then when it came time, he brought the smackdown on the uber-right idiot Dreyfus.

Voted for Ford, but REALLY wish Dave were real...

I love the movie Dave, I don't even know why. I am not big on political movies aside from biographical ones like Lincoln and the ones from Oliver Stone. But Dave just was a fun movie that kind of made you wish he was real.

Liam Neeson. Calm, powerful voice. Presents himself as a believable leader with some class imo.

Bill Pullman made one of the most believable presidents, Camacho is probably my favorite for other reasons, but I'm casting my vote for Merkin Muffly.

Bill Pullman FTW. Every time I hear his speech I'm sad I'm not an American.

was rewatching Air Force One last week

i'm going with Ford, aside from being a bad-ass in that movie. His political policy was pretty good too. He went against his adviser to go with what his gut told him was the right thing. Even though he know it was a huge political gamble. It was one policy but still very honorable

It's very close call between Harrison Ford and Michael Douglas. But I have to go with Ford - a President who can lead the country and take on Gary Oldman at the same time. "Get off my plane!"

Bill Pullman!

When it comes to presidents, everyone knows the only thing that really matters is how awesome their speeches are, and/or whether or not they can fly a fighter jet against alien invaders.

Harrison Ford as President James Marshall would definitely get my vote. I'd love to see a movie where he runs against Bill Pullman, and they have to join forces when their campaigns get attacked by alien Gary Oldmans. Barack Obama has said that his favourite movie president was the one played by Jeff Bridges in "The Contender", who is practically a more responsible Dude...that would be a good choice too.

Harrison Ford

For movie presidents. Probably Martin Sheen from the West Wing would be my top pick if you included tv as a part of this poll.
