Well with all due respect I would just rather wait for DVD on both these films. Just shows how different times have changed, I mean yes the Expendables movies did well but I guess we will have to wait on A good Day to Die Hard performs before any conclusion can be drawn. I agree that January & February are dumping months & the Super Bowl won't help either.

if Arnie's return with The Last Stand couldn't make it, I just can't see this one doing better. I've given my opinion of Bullet in the commentary section of both reviews, but I think that people are less into these kinds of action films these days. If you're not throwing them all together into a film like The Expendables, people just don't seem to be interested. Hopefully, The Tomb does much better, but not only is January a terrible month for film, the interest in these Stallone/Arnie movies

Itīs not going to be a hit, but I think it could make 10 to 15 million this weekend, and finish it run in 30-40 million. I think Sly is more accepted these days than Arnold.

Not answering this poll, I think the lack of box-office for either if these films is because of marketing and advertising, both are in January which is the dump month of the year for new releases (not including limited films expanding) I think of the studios cared more then viewers would care more.

It''s funny how the same people who complain moviegoers don''t like smart films are also the ones who bitch the hardest when a dumb action flick bombs.

Here's the thing...

...it was a huge treat to gather all those 80's action stars for the Expendables. That film sold on the core concept-- the gimmick...but for their solo projects, they really need to give them ideas and stories that are top shelf. They can't just slip back into "formula' action flicks, predictable and mediocre productions and hope they gather a crowd for the sake of seeing their favorite hero in action. Unless they get really high end stories to carry them, they might want to get used to the

Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters topped last weekend's box office. Possibly, people have seen the Oscar contenders, and they are now onto this year's movies. Possibly, they are ready and enthused for simpler entertainment. Bullet to the Head has a fighting chance.

I saw a sneak preview of Bullet to the Head a few months back, it's a really fun movie. It isn't going to win any awards, but it's a damn good time at the movies.

It sucks they are not being successful in the box office now. I am sure the films are great fun, but the new age doesnt really recognize them and the old age has gotten tired of them it seems. Not me though, I still want to see the Last Stand damn it! Haven't had the time.

Yeah, this will bomb for sure, but not because Sly Stallone is a "has-been". This movie looked shitty from the get go, like it was of those dime-a-dozen B movies plucked from the late 90s/early 2000s. Also, this is Super Bowl weekend, after all. I don't believe Sly and Arnold are done, they need to be smarter with their film choices, and get with a crew with the right talent and passion.

I honestly think The Last Stand will do better on DVD. It's the kind of movie that I want to see, but don't feel like seeing in the theater. I don't personally want to see Bullet to the Head, but holy crap does Stallone look ripped.

I think that what Arnies film should not have done was made a movie that looked too much like any action comedy you saw in the 90s. Once Knoxville went on screen with the initial trailer I , personally, lost all interest in the movie as I was just hoping for a good action flick. Thing is, we shouldn't place the blame on Arnie himself in this case. He's just getting back where as Stallone has had a healthy run of hits as of late. And now, with the onset of movies like Expendables, and to a point

And now, with the onset of movies like Expendables, and to a point 'Bullet in the Head', we almost expect most nostalgic action stars to have balls-out gritty action flicks, not something on par with 'Big Hit' and 'The Rundown'.

People have gotten smarter as ticket prices have risen. A movie with a few trailers that keep showing the same 3-5 scenes in different sequences is a movie that is showing its best scenes and is horrible from the get-go. On the other hand, a movie with trailers that are each different from the last, shows that the movie actually has something going for it. Ahnuld and Sly's movies just keep showing the same uninteresting crap. And all their movie trailers tend to do is make me pop in a real

Whoever did the marketing for The Last Stand really fucked up. And Arnie needs to get doing some P90X - playing it 'old' was a mistake. Stallone looked super-fit & much more convincing in the Bullet to the Head trailer.
