BILLY ELLIOT youngster, Jaime Bell, and one-time Alias regular, Evan Dexter Parke have joined Naomi Watts, Adrian Brody, and Jack Black in Peter Jackson's upcoming remake of KING KONG.

According to Movie Hole, Alley McBeal star Greg Germann has joined the cast of Fox's "THE SANDLOT 2: SON OF THE BEAST. He'll join the already cast Cole Weiss, Sean Berdy, Neilen Benvegnu, Samantha Burton, Griffin Evans, James Willson, and Max Lloyd-Jones. James Earl Jones might also make a cameo.

Paul Bettany will play the bad guy to Harrison Ford's good guy in THE WRONG ELEMENT. The Hollywood Reporter says the project revolves around the kidnapping of the wife and daughter of a security expert (Ford), who is forced to steal a vast sum of money from a bank he's protecting in order to ransom his family. As his efforts come to the attention of law enforcement officials, he races to complete the illegal transfer of funds in time.

Michelle Monaghan will join George Clooney and Matt Damon in SYRIANA, inspired by CIA agent Robert Baer's memoirs, "See No Evil: The True Story of a Foot Soldier in the CIA's War on Terrorism".
