Guardians because it's the new one. Also I'm hoping Thanos shows up and takes the reality gem from the Collector. I may jizz in my seat if that happens.

This was a tough one! I really can't wait to see Thor, Guardians or Avengers. I'm not so stoked about Captain America because the first one really didn't impress me. I had to vote for Guardians based on the simple fact it's the most original movie, already seen Thor and Avenger and can't wait for more, but Guardians has me pumped as well

Nice to see Guardians & Ultron getting almost equal response. Looking forward to Thor & Cap too! Oh yeah, and that one movie, with The Super & The Bat looks like it might be pretty special too.

something new

As someone who has always favored X-Men over Avengers (movies and comics) I can say with no regrets that I can't wait for this whole Iron Man/Thor/Avengers phase to be over. Having said that, I know nothing of Guardians of the Galaxy but have always had a soft spot for all things Marvel, so I have to say it is my most anticipated. Something new and fresh but still within the Marvel Universe.

Side note...obviously they're making all kinds of money off all these films. But all good things

Eventually we are gonna be looking at reboots (spider-man?) with diminishing returns. There's too many Marvel movies. Or maybe they're going with the Rihanna strategy: keep banging em out so that you never leave the consciousness of the masses and hope that you keep having hits.

Tough choice

I'm torn between my undying love of Captain America and my excitement over Guardians of the Galaxy

Captain America

i loved Captain America more so than the other Marvel phase 1 films, so that's sequel is the one i'm most excited for. I love the Avengers franchise and can't wait to see any of them.

Obviously The Avengers but 'Guardians' offers the best opportunity to grow the Marvel universe.

Do love the vastly bigger scale of the Phase Two films we've seen sofar. Phase One clearly had to get by on a budget to establish itself, but now the franchise is rolling in production value. Iron Man 3 was on another level and Thor: The Dark World looks like a full-fledged sword & sorcery flick.

Guardians of the Galaxy. The rest just look like regular superhero movies. Hopefully, 'Guardians' is a bit more like 'Star Wars' or 'Blake's 7' in nature.

I really want to see if Whedon can create magic again on the screen or if the first Avengers was a total fluke.

Avengers 2.

A combination of Cap 2 and Thor 2 with some IM and Shield for flavor.

Captain America 2 is the one I'm most excited about. I think the cast of characters in Cap 2 is going to rival the cast of Avengers 2, plus it should have a more serious and sophisticated plot. Captain America, The Winter Soldier, The Falcon, Hawkeye, Black Widow, Nick Fury, Crossbones, Maria Hill, and Agent 13 are all going to be in Cap 2. They might as well call it 'Avengers Light', which is a good thing,

I haven't heard Hawkeye is going to be in Winter Soldier, I doubt he will be in there.

Can not believe the fanboy love for the f***ing talking raccoon...

I've been consistent in my hate on GotG and fully expect it to not only pull a Lone Ranger, but to actually cause a major shake-up at Marvel, and possibly derail any remotely risky Phase 3 ideas, such as Black Panther.
But I will eat my words if proven wrong. Time will tell.

what gives you any reason to think that it will be any less successful than all the other marvel movies? we're ready for something fresh

Because it has a talking raccoon for a character, set in a world where even the most crazy-ass heroes and villains from Earth or the stars have been human looking. The raccoon will stretch the "suspension of disbelief" necessary to its breaking point. It doesn't "fit" the movies so far.

I'll watch em all, but Avengers 2 stole this for me because of Ultron's involvement. Were it not for that I might've erred on the side of Guardians as it's something new and might surprise us.

Well, putting Avengers 2 in the poll is a little unfair because most people are probably looking forward to the big team-up more than the individual films. But besides that, I'd say Captain America 2, then Thor 2, then Guardians of the Galaxy. I'm not fully sold on GotG, simply because I'm not exactly sure how people will respond to a gun-wielding raccoon, a talking tree, 1 human, and an assortment of aliens. If they focus on the characters and give us a good reason to actually care about them,

Otherwise, it's just a CGI-heavy, cosmic Marvel movie that may or may not be completely out of place with the rest of the Marvel movies. We'll see!

Avengers 2

I'm excited for all of them, but the film I am most excited for is Avengers 2 since I want to see the entire team together again on the big screen.

Thor 2 and Captain America 2 both look incredible so far.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier, then Guardians of the Galaxy, and Thor: The Dark World - don't know enough about Age of Ultron just yet to truly get excited. But that's not to say I'm not looking to Thor at all, the first film really surprised me and the second does look like it might be an improvement. The stuff Marvel trucked out at Comic Con for Cap 2 and GotG was really exciting, I didn't expect Cap 2 to look like it's even larger in scale than The Avengers was, and for something like

I really hope that gets embraced by the public, because it's a recipe for awesome.
