A final poster for Shrek Forever After, now it's ogre.

Apr. 15, 2010by: Niki Stephens

Today is a new day and Dreamworks is moving on, sweeping the regrettable fashion photos that came out the other day under the rug.

Now they are delivering a more family friendly poster to the masses for SHREK FOREVER AFTER. It's like the previous ones: a cute little saying that relates to who or what is on the poster.

There's really not much more to say about it, it's Shrek. We've traveled down this road a few times already.

Extra Tidbit: I wonder if any of these characters will get a spin-off after this, or if the franchise will continue in some way with direct to DVD stuff.

So unfortunate... the first two movies were incredibly good. And now... it just sucks that there is so much taint to what was once so good. Ah well. I'm skipping this poop

re: extra tidbit

You're way late, Niki. They greenlit a Puss in Boots spinoff even before Shrek the Third hit theatres. The only question now is whether it's a theatrical release, or direct-to-DVD.

And to quote animator Keith Lango, you can't get me drunk enough to like this poster.

Retch.

The only thing I can think about when I see this posters is that the little troll man looks like Jason Lee's character from The Incredibles.

That dude on the right looks like a TROLL DOLL or like the cartoon dudes from Luc Besson's crappy animated adventure "Arthur and the Invisible Shitheads"...

all of these posters i've seen have the dumbest cringe worthy tag lines I've ever read. The one has that red haired "thing" (is that a guy or a girl?) with it's arms crossed with the tag-line "where my witches at?".... yeah i know. There was another one with the gingerbread man and I can't remember if this was what it said but I'm pretty sure it's right, and that was "Bake no prisoners" I can only shake my head in disgust
