A couple months ago, we shared the teaser trailer for THE LAST EXORCISM PART II director Ed Gass-Donnelly's new genre offering LAVENDER, and now the full trailer has arrived online just in time for the film's limited theatrical release this Friday, November 4th.

This psychological thriller stars Abbie Cornish as

a woman must return to her childhood home in order to remember the grisly family massacre that took place there, of which she was the sole survivor. The ghosts of her family force her to remember what really happened the night of their deaths.

Justin Long, Diego Klattenhoff, and Dermot Mulroney co-star as her psychiatrist, her husband, and her uncle, respectively.

LAVENDER will be showing in Cineplex Events theatres across Canada, playing out on screens in Toronto, Ottawa, Vancouver, Calgary, and Halifax.

That puts it well out of my range, which is a bit of a shame because I'm interested in checking this one out. I feel sort of a special connection to it, since it was one of the first movies I covered here on Arrow in the Head. Well, it can't elude me forever. AITH's own Jake Dee has already seen the movie, giving it a 6/10 review.
