With the 2018 Busan International Film Festival underway, a trailer has been released for director Rob Heydon's supernatural thriller ISABELLE, which is one of the films making its world premiere at the festival. There's no release information available for ISABELLE, but at least we can get a little preview of it for now.

ISABELLE is said to be in the vein of ROSEMARY'S BABY and THE EXORCIST (the same thing that has been said about the upcoming Netflix show Chilling Adventures of Sabrina), and in fact filmfestivals.com has described it as "ROSEMARY'S BABY meets your worst nightmare". In case ROSEMARY'S BABY wasn't already your worst nightmare!

Starring SCREAM 4's Adam Brody and FINAL DESTINATION 3's Amanda Crew, the film tells the following story:

A young couple's dream of starting a family shatters as they descend into the depths of paranoia and must struggle to survive an evil presence that wants nothing more than their very own lives.

Donald Martin wrote the screenplay. Brody and Crew are joined in the cast by Zoe Belkin, Krista Bridges, Booth Savage (what an awesome name!), Dayo Ade, Michael Miranda, Alison Brooks, and Sheila McCarthy.

We'll keep you updated on ISABELLE, which is going to continue making the festival rounds for a while. In the meantime, check out the trailer below.
