Adam Sandler’s Happy Madison is in negotiations to produce a remake of Summer School

I bet Adam Sandler is loving all the razzies he won. He’s pretty much like, “Look at all the f*cks I don’t give”. Sandler makes the movies he wants to make regardless of how shitty people think they are. People still see them and he makes more. The end.

It should be no surprise to you that Adam Sandler’s Happy Madison is in negotiations to produce a remake of 1987s SUMMER SCHOOL. The comedy, “starred Mark Harmon as a gym teacher forced to cancel his summer plans and teach an English class filled with oddballs and rebels.” I will admit I’ve seen it more than once.

Paramount has been trying to get a remake off the ground since 2005. The last draft of the script actually had Mark Harmon’s character facing off against one mischevious student–typical. No word was given on if that was going to change. Sandler has not signed on for any roles, but they are currently looking for writers.
