The weekend is here and with it comes several genre options to satiate your needs. At long last all 13-episodes of the Eli Roth-produced Netflix Original Series “Hemlock Grove” is now available on the streaming service. But if you’re in the mood for a bit of comedy with your gore, Amazon Instant Video now has the pilot episode of “Zombieland: The Series” streaming over on their service.

We’ve been super-stoked about “Hemlock Grove”, which stars Famke Janssen, Dougray Scott, Bill Skarsgård, Landon Liboiron, Penelope Mitchell, and Freya Tingley to name a few, and have been hitting you up with updates on the long-awaited series for months. The wait is finally over and if you’re a Netflix Instant subscriber you can check out the entire series now.

“Hemlock Grove” is a riveting one-hour murder mystery that revolves around the residents of a former Pennsylvania steel town. When 17-year-old Brooke Bluebell is brutally murdered, any of Hemlock’s peculiar inhabitants – or killer creatures – could be suspects. Through the investigation the town’s seamier side is exposed, revealing nothing is what it seems. Beautiful, terrifying, and graphic, “Hemlock Grove” is unlike anything else in its genre.”

While we haven’t had the highest of hopes for Amazon Studios’ “Zombieland” we’re hoping to be surprised by the pilot, which you can find right HERE. It runs slightly under 30 minutes so it’s certainly worth giving a shot. “Zombieland” comes from the feature film’s original creative team, writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, and producer Gavin Polone. Eli Craig (TUCKER AND DALE VS. EVIL) directed the pilot. The part of Tallahassee will be played by Kirk Ward, Maiara Walsh is cast as Wichita, Tyler Ross will play Columbus, and Izabela Vidovic has the role of Little Rock. The pilot episode has the following description:

Adding new members to your post-apocalyptic “family” isn’t as easy as it sounds. But at least sometimes you get pie.
