Like many of you out there, one of my favorite movies of the last few decade (if not of all time) is the found footage slasher-comedy BEHIND THE MASK. The movie is an utter classic of the genre as a whole and if you haven't seen it then… well, who are we kidding? You've seen it.
All the same, you'll no doubt be excited as hell to hear that BEHIND THE MASK: THE RISE OF LESLIE VERNON will be returning to theaters for its 10th anniversary!
The slight catch is it is being distributed through one of those "demand it in your town" sites, so if you want to see the flick play in your hometown, demand it HERE. Too cool, right? I know I'm sending in my vote, or whatever it's called.

BEHIND THE MASK synopsis:
Nice, normal-looking Leslie Vernon (Nathan Baesel) has an obsession with movie-style slashers like Michael Myers, Jason Voorhees and Freddy Krueger. Leslie decides to follow in the footsteps of his heroes, and, ever the self-promoter, invites a documentary filmmaker (Angela Goethals) and her crew to follow him around as he constructs his own grisly legacy.
