SUPER might not be near a theater near you yet (and it’s definitely not near me), but you can get a taste of what you might find when you do finally catch it.
Yes, KICK-ASS may be the mainstream “everyman superhero” go-to movie, but SUPER looks to offer a unique perspective on the genre. And it stars Rain Wilson, Ellen Page, Nathan Fillion, Liv Tyler and Kevin Bacon! You can’t beat that.
Check out the intro below, which is a rather epic hand drawn animated sequence exploring just how badass Wilson’s titular character really is. Look for SUPER near you, and report back your findings if you have seen it.
