Bob Hoskins might regret Super Mario Bros just a little bit

There comes a time in an actor’s career when he admits that certain project choices may not have been so good.

Yesterday, Logan also known as Wallcrawler to the MFC folk, posted a link to a curious game of 27 questions with Bob Hoskins. The questions seemed fun enough, hell, I figured out that we both want a Dodo as a pet. However there’s one thing that Hoskins made completely clear– the man does not like the fact that he was in SUPER MARIO BROS.

What is the worst job you’ve done?

I wouldn’t do Super Mario Brothers.

I don’t hate SUPER MARIO BROS. In fact, I have fond memories of seeing it with my Dad. Although, I’m pretty sure my Dad might regret the film as well and he wasn’t even in it. It’s cheesy as shit but seeing those Goombas make me smile like no other.
