Bryan Singer shares behind-the-scenes look at Wolverine's Apocalypse cameo

X-Men: Apocalypse Hugh Jackman Bryan Singer

Be warned, there are spoilers ahead for X-MEN: APOCALYPSE if you've yet to see it. At this point, it just wouldn't be an X-MEN film without Hugh Jackman growing out his sideburns and strapping on the claws to play Wolverine. Jackman's appearance in X-MEN: APOCALYPSE definitely wasn't his biggest, but it did give X-MEN fans the chance to see the character turn on the ol' berserker rage as Weapon X. Bryan Singer recently shared a quick look behind-the-scenes of Hugh Jackman's Wolverine cameo on Instagram and you can check that out right here!

Although I said that it wouldn't be an X-MEN film without Hugh Jackman, it's a reality we'll have to face sooner rather than later as Jackman is currently filming what will be his final WOLVERINE film. James Mangold is returning to guide Logan on his last adventure and we've already seen a few photos from the set, including a bearded Hugh Jackman pushing an aged Patrick Stewart.

X-MEN: APOCALYPSE is currently playing in theaters and the as-yet-untitled WOLVERINE sequel is due for a March 3, 2017 release.

SPOILER ALERT ???

I love how you start the article with "Be warned, there are spoilers ahead for X-MEN: APOCALYPSE if you've yet to see it." but the title of the article that's listed on the main page with an actual picture of Wolverine TOTALLY SPOILS that part of the movie for the viewer. Very subtle !!!

The last trailer shows a clip of Wolverines crawls so we all knew he was going to be in it. The title of this article spoiled nothing

I never watch trailers for any of the big movies nowadays as they are full of spoilers. So, the title of this article would have definitely spoiled the movie had I not seen it already. But thanks for your useless input.

@The_Conman

For some reason, my android is not letting me respond in the reply area . . .

Anyway . . . when the mansion exploded, didn't it also destroy the plane/jet? If so, the scene at Alkali Lake afforded them to get a jet to fly to Apocalypse. Maybe it's weak . . . maybe it's shoehorned, but it did serve a purpose. :-)

The problem with this scene was that the ENTIRE Stryker subplot was shoehorned in so they could shoehorn in a Wolverine Cameo. The detour to Strykers facility added absolutely ZERO to the plot. So while it was cool to see Wolverine going Berserker, it was a trash scene. Also his Weapon X helmet was ballz.

Easily the best part of Apocalypse. Talk about Berserker. I mean sure the movie was flawed. But aren't they all in some way? I feel the critics were way too harsh. It wasn't that bad. I had fun. It's not like it was the worst of the X-Men movies. My only gripe was not utilizing Jubilee after so much promise. I mean sure she doesn't have the best powers but an X-Men movie during the 80s just felt like a missed opportunity.

Agreed. I finally saw it Sunday and had a good time. It wasn't a great movie (and they definitely didn't make Apocalypse the great villain he should have been), but it was a solid X-Men film with some very cool moments (especially Quicksilver, who made the most of both of his big scenes). I thought the best part was Magneto, who once again had the most emotional scenes and Fassbender just crushed them. I wish there had been a way to give him even more screen time, as he was gold every
