Cera is unprofessional

Feb. 10, 2009by:

As Christian Bale showed us, when someone acts unprofessional on set, it's the duty of the star to shout at and berate said person for their unprofessionalism. So taking a cue from The Bale, it's exactly what Michael Cera recently did on the set of the currently filming comedy YOUTH IN REVOLT. He doesn't like a particular note left in his trailer and proceeds to flip the hell out. Check it out below.

Extra Tidbit: Cera's middle name is Austin.

Cera also has a funny freakout in the tryouts in the "Searching for Ben Stone" feature in Knocked Up. And of course it's all made up.

it's a joke, duh.
that's just Cera's type of humor.

also he wouldn't delibrately act like that knowing a camera is following him.

Juno and Nick and Norah blew cock

...but Cera does pretty ok here. I like continuity for these kinds of things...hollywood making fun of hollywood. The Knocked up video spoofed David O. Russell/Lily Tomlin. This video spoofs Christian Bale. It's not doing the same routine, Buckaroo...

plus, its a great example of creative, inexpensive marketing as opposed to throwing money

I want to scream. We couldn't even finish this! I hate Michael Cera. Yes, I know it's fake, but it's not even funny. HE'S not funny! He's so plain and dull, and wasn't an identical video on Knocked Up, of him on set going off unemotionally? How many times do we have to seem him doing the same routine??
