Check out Diaz's Box!

02.27.2008

Will the Cameron Diaz/BOX jokes ever get old? Me thinks not. It's perhaps a little "Michael Scott" but cut me some slack. I'm a man-child with an immature sense of humor. In any event, USA Today premiered seven new stills from Diaz's upcoming horror film THE BOX. Director Richard Kelly (DONNIE DARKO, SOUTHLAND TALES) told the paper that "with THE BOX, I hope to make a more mainstream popcorn film." I have a feeling with Richard he'll find a way to make even a mainstream film a little quirky and despite by misgivings about SOUTHLAND, I can't wait to see this. Click on the picture below to head to USA Today to read the article and check out the pics.

script

I maybe one of the only guys who still thinks Donnie Darko was a good movie and Southland Tales looks really interesting. But I read the script for this film last year and it was just terrible. The plot was really foggy and unclear and the dialog was really really terrible.
"You? Love...Me? How could someone like you...love someone like me?"

God, it was bad. But maybe they've done something about that. This pic sparks some interest anyway.
