We don’t really care what he’s looking at, or who, but we know it matters. Even if he’s staring at a tree while deep in thought, it matters. Whether the iconic image of Che Gueverra adorns the dorm room wall of a pimple-faced faux-communist or if it’s being rocked by some rapper in a music video, its primo place in our cultural lexicon is undeniable.
