The actors and actresses who have Marvel contracts are going to be quite busy come late 2016. While speaking with Esquire, Captain America himself, Mr. Chris Evans revealed that AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR – PART I and PART II will be shot back-to-back, and he believes production will start in either fall or winter of next year. Evans went on to say it will take nine months to film both movies.

It doesn't sound like the Avengers cast will have a lot of time to work on other projects, but that doesn't seem to bother Evans. The actor told Esquire that, ”You know, you plan around the Marvel responsibilities. You have to.”

Filming for CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR should begin this week, and Chris Evans also said the shoot is expected to last until "August or September." Joe and Anthony Russo will direct the follow-up to their CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER, and the duo are set to helm the Infinity War movies as well. Daredevil and The Defenders from Marvel's Netflix series may appear in INFINITY WAR – PART II, but right now that's only a rumor. However, we do know that Chris Hemsworth is contracted for both Infinity War flicks. How many different characters do you think Marvel will try to squeeze into the two-part event film?

AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON opens this Friday, while AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR – PART I is set to be released on May 4, 2018, and INFINITY WAR – PART II will hit theaters on May 3, 2019.
