Well I guess there's been nothing new on the CLOVERFIELD/1-18-08 front for a while, so the guys involved with the film decided to throw us fans another miniscule morsel. No photo this time, nope, now we get.... well I'm not gonna tell you. I've seen other websites straight up announce that shit, but I think it would be so much cooler if you just experience it without knowing what's coming. So head on over to www.1-18-08.com to check the thing out. You have to just kinda sit there and wait for about 6 minutes and then it hits you.

Alternatively you can go HERE and check out what a helpful fellow posted, so that if you want to experience the thing again, you can, without having to wait 6 minutes every time. Wow, now that I think about it, it's actually not that long until the movie comes out, are we expecting another trailer? A title? God knows. Actually, no, God probably doesn't know. JJ Abrams is way too crafty for God.

Yeah, 'roar' was kinda meh..cool quality and sound crafting. I also looked around the other site listed above, some forum? And, lots of talk about whales and some weird drink. I'm going to laugh my ass off if this monster turns out to be a mutant whale or some shit..but still good marketing

well, I love all the marketing. It's awesome. I love Abrams... Lost is the best masterpiece ever. But the digital look this film will have (like Open Water or something) just kills everything for me. ah well.

I'm feeling pretty meh on the whole thing, but I will say the trailer is one of the best marketing thingys ever...you think maybe the title is just 1-18-08...like the date hugely important like 12-7-41 for pearl harbor...

It was pretty lame. Everyone at the second link thought it was the scariest thing ever so I guess there all preschool students or something.

I've heard farts sound better and scarier than that. I hope nobody sat through 6 minutes to listen to that. If you did, then I guess you're the reason Lost in on season 4 without telling us one meaningful thing.
