I've always been a massive fan of director Tim Burton and I don't think I've made it any secret that Johnny Depp is one of my favorite actors of all-time (the man ain't bad to look at either), and whenever the two get together for a movie, I look forward to it like I do my weekly "massages" at Iye Meek Yoo Cam. The Paramount panel presented us with the first look at the poster for their latest collaboration, SWEENEY TODD (two pics of it below), featuring Mr. Depp preparing to shave the dickens out of someone. The film is slated for release around Christmas 2007. Can't wait.

I've been looking forward to this movie for a long time, as per usual with anything Johnny Depp is in. But combine him with the genius Tim Burton (again) Alan Rickman, Helena Bonham Carter, and Sacha Baron Cohen = hell yeah! Here's hoping that a trailer comes out soon!

is it just me...
or does this room look eerily similar to Edward Scissorhand's room only with a hole in the ceiling instead of a glass window? Not to mention Depp using scissors again.



Cool nods to an earlier Burton/Depp collaboration! This will most definitely rock.

Yes, since I'm the first one to post this, I must have no life! Anywaaaay! Agreed on the collaborative efforts of Burton and Depp. They are definitely a director\actor duo in the vein of Leone\Eastwood, Woo\Chow, Kurosawa\Mifune! You get the idea! The poster to this just makes me want to go apeshit! Looking forward to this in December!
