Cool Videos: A Creepy short from Pixar's Rodrigo Blaas

Pixar animator Rodrigo Blaas has worked on practically every film out of the studio from UP to WALL-E to THE INCREDIBLES, but recently he's started doing his own thing. We've talked a bit about his upcoming short LA LUNA, but he has another one in a similar style you can see now.

It's called ALMA, he made it back in 2009 and it's far darker than you would expect from a guy who has worked on such lighthearted films. It features a store that likes to steal young children's souls, and it's quite a bit stranger than the fun animation style would suggest.

Check it out for yourself below.

Damn, that's messed up. I'm glad I didn't watch that as a 10 year old.

Wtf?!

This is some creepy stuff here, it shouldn't belong with pixar but is very cool, it would be cool if it was actually a horror story. Where did this place come from? And who is gonna save the kids?
