We mentioned in our GREEN LANTERN panel coverage that a little boy asked Ryan Reynolds to recite the GREEN LANTERN oath.

Well, he did and it might be the most adorable/awesome thing that has ever happened at Comic-Con. After hearing about this, I wanted to go in search of said event to see exactly how it went down.

While I'm not quite sure about the GREEN LANTERN movie just yet, I am sure that this is something worth watching. What a great guy Reynolds is.

Seeing Reynolds recite the oath was awesome. The kid's reaction was epic too. He looked as if he had just seen the meaning of life--and it was beautiful. Ryan Reynolds also gave the Green Lantern ring he was wearing to a member of the audience.

Why is he so awesome??? He's got abs to die for, he gets to bang ScarJo, he's funny and charismatic, and always sticking out for the fans!

Dude he made a wish come true. That kid will tell that story to his grandchildren for years to come. How many of us get to have our wishes granted? Wow, Mr. Reynolds, what a classy thing to do. Kudos.

Reynolds is a real class act. This is the reason why he is one of my favorite actors. He just seems like a really nice guy and an actor who is really dedicated to his work and fans. I don't understand why alot of people give him hate. I have always been a huge fan of him ever since Two Guys, A Girl, and A Pizza Place and am happy he is getting bigger roles like this. Like Netforce said below...

Man, that is so cool. Reynolds is really down to earth. Obviously I don't know the guy but he sure looks like it. And very casual. It's nice to see celebrity like him cares about his fans or even his superhero-role fans.

That was a really nice gesture, the kid obviously loved Lantern and Reynolds didn't let him down.

Ryan Renolds is the man I swear. The guy has never really done wrong in my opinion. I hope this and deadpool work out for him.

Nice guy.
Ryan really seems like a nice person. He doesn't seem like the kind of celeb that would attack the paparazzi or threaten his wife a million times on the phone.



I really hope this franchise works out for him. I have high hopes for it. This could make him the next RDJ with a million other franchises in the works.
