seeing it! I didn't care for "Batman Begins" at all. I'll get that out, first and foremost. This new one just isn't doing it for me either. Perhaps I'm too much old school (comics, Adam West, etc.), then again the comics are the reason that we're seeing Batman on the screen at all isn't it? I don't care for Heath Ledger's Joker (even with a few cool lines), although Harvey Dent may come...

This movie looks FUCKING AWESOME! I LOVED Batman Begins (one of my favorite movies of all time, for my favorite superhero of all time), and can't wait to see what Nolan and Co. have in store for us!



I am, of course somewhat cautious, but there's been nothing that doesn't scream "badass" yet, so I'm still VERY optimistic!
This movie looks FUCKING AWESOME! I LOVED Batman Begins (one of my favorite movies of all time, for my favorite superhero of all time), and can't wait to see what Nolan and Co. have in store for us!

I'm gonna be honest, I wasn't a fan of Batman Begins, but after seeing all the virals and this trailer I would say it definately deserves another chance. It looks like it is gonna be a great movie..... I still believe that my predictions right on the fact that Harvey Dent won't become Two-face untill the last coupple minutes opening up for the third sequel. Great foreshadowing with that "Die...

Yep, that's definitely Scarecrow in the van. That makes sense, since the only other pictures we have place him in a parking garage. So, this means we get Scarecrow (albeit briefly, it appears), the Joker, and Two Face, arguably the three very best Batman villains, all in one movie.

Excited but...
I can't wait for Dark Knight, but this trailer was a little underwhelming. I actually prefer the last one.



Also gonna have to take the new Indy trailer over new Dark Knight trailer. But of course, both Indy and DK trump the crappy Hulk trailer.

If you pause at 2:03 you can definitely see Dent with the Two Face scars on the left side of his face while he sits in a car holding a gun.

This just solified it even more how bad ass this movie will be. The only thing unfortunetly is that Ledger will never reprise the one of possibly best roles anyone has brought to the screen. That truly is the saddest thing of this whole franchise. But to end on a good note, this movie will own.

Two observations...


One: Dent's face is being pressed into what looks like a pool of gasoline when he yells 'No!'...so is said pool set aflame to create Two-Face?



And, two: is Batman not wearing a cape when he jumps off the roof in the trailer's opening? That seems odd.

Holy Shit!
I just saw DENT as TWO FACE. There's a scene in the trailer where we see Dent holding a gun in a limo or something. PAUSE IT and if you look closely you can see a little of the scars on his face and his suit. It's when the voice over of Dent says "You can either die a hero or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain".

This franchise seems to be a phenomenon. Nothing could go wrong. Maybe after all the positive feedback something should really cause a double-take. But that's just my faux cynicism speaking. There's not much to say except they combined all the elements that made the previous films great and created a masterpiece , from what iv'e seen . This is an instant classic , i don't see one false note . Love how they recreated the mob sit down from the first film , the drama is realistic and palpable , the characters all serve a specific purpose , the music has been tweaked a bit to give a...

Love how they recreated the mob sit down from the first film , the drama is realistic and palpable , the characters all serve a specific purpose , the music has been tweaked a bit to give a truly epic tone , Bale has grown into the role effortlessly , the visual effects and miniatures are stunning in their expert utilization , yes fanboys , this is the ultimate Comic Book hero film , no question about it . This is an event to behold , i feel like i did when Batman 89 came out , that's how good this will be , it's groundbreaking , the bar has been raised so high , i'm not even sure Nolan himself can reach it again . Ironman , LOLOLOLO , that thing will look like some cheesy sci fi original movie compared to this , because TDK will be so much better than anything else that has come before in the comic book movie realm , i just feel sorry for the rest .

How could I not be hip to this news? I hit the Refresh button about 12,287 times, and walaa! The trailer was there on my 12,288th hit! This movie's gonna' have a shipload of awesomeness in it, and might I say, end up being the best damn show this summer, this year, and for years to come until the third Bat-flick hits screens. I just can't say anything cool enough to describe this trailer....

Is it just me or does Ledger's Joker voice crack when he says "entertainment"? I'd still pretty much give the boy an Oscar based on promotional material alone, though.
