The earliest STAR WARS: EPISODE VII – THE FORCE AWAKENS rumors spoke of Adam Driver's villanious character and until some more legit info is revealed (or the movie is released), take the following with a grain of salt. However, this all sounds like it makes sense to me, so let's dive into it. As pictured above, Kylo Ren was the subject of much controversy regarding his lightsaber design. The actual character is cloaked but a picture has popped up on a Chinese Star Wars forum shows some action figures in the works for THE FORCE AWAKENS.

Adam Driver is a pretty tall dude, so if we want to go by proportions, that looks pretty legit. What's also a little more visible is the mask he's sporting that looks like a bit of a cross between Vader's and your run-of-the-mill stormtrooper. The other characters look like their respective actors and as you can see, John Boyega's Finn is sans stormtrooper outfit. The story doesn't end there, as Indie Revolver has some nifty production art that shows of Ren's helmet with a little more detail.

According to their report, the lines are no longer yellow and the lightsaber featured in the trailer may be one of many Sith relics, of which Kylo Ren is keen on collecting. Whether or not that's the case remains to be seen, but I'm digging all the designs featured for THE FORCE AWAKENS so far. Perhaps we'll see a little bit more in the next trailer rumored to be in front of AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON? One thing I can promise you is that one or all of those action figures may be in my possession come next Christmas.

STAR WARS: EPISODE VII – THE FORCE AWAKENS hits theaters on December 18, 2015.
