Worcestershire Sauce

It's frequently shortened to "Worcester" and pronounced 'Wooster'. Great stuff - throw a couple of steaks or lamb chops in a freezer bag, pour in enough Worcester in that all the meat is soaking in it when you draw the air out, and you have an instant marinade!
