Marc Webb and Bryan Singer have both been busy on twitter the past couple of weeks. We got a tease of a possible black Spider-Man costume from Webb and dueling wheelchairs from Singer.  But they aren’t the only ones that have upcoming comic book movies.

James Mangold is hard at work on THE WOLVERINE but took some time to post this behind the scenes picture on to his twitter account.

As you can clearly see, that’s a giant f*cking hole. Feel free to speculate below what may have caused it and what may be inside.

I have really high hopes for THE WOLVERINE, as I’m sure most of you do. I was disappointed when Darren Aronofsky left THE WOLVERINE, but I’ve warmed up to James Mangold directing the project and to be honest he might be a better fit. I love Aronofsky as much as the next movie buff, but his movies have been a little light on action. Not that those movies needed action, but Mangold has shown he can balance serious drama with exciting action sequences.

I hope James Mangold knows that Logan’s life is in his hands…please don’t let us down.

THE WOLVERINE hits theaters July 26th, 2013.
