Marc Webb and Bryan Singer have both been busy on twitter the past couple of weeks. We got a tease of a possible black Spider-Man costume from Webb and dueling wheelchairs from Singer.  But they aren't the only ones that have upcoming comic book movies.

James Mangold is hard at work on THE WOLVERINE but took some time to post this behind the scenes picture on to his twitter account.

As you can clearly see, that's a giant f*cking hole. Feel free to speculate below what may have caused it and what may be inside.

I have really high hopes for THE WOLVERINE, as I'm sure most of you do. I was disappointed when Darren Aronofsky left THE WOLVERINE, but I've warmed up to James Mangold directing the project and to be honest he might be a better fit. I love Aronofsky as much as the next movie buff, but his movies have been a little light on action. Not that those movies needed action, but Mangold has shown he can balance serious drama with exciting action sequences.

I hope James Mangold knows that Logan's life is in his hands...please don't let us down.

THE WOLVERINE hits theaters July 26th, 2013.

Extra Tidbit: I seriously could watch 3:10 TO YUMA a million times and not get sick of it. It's one of the few remakes, in my opinion, that surpasses the original.

I've enjoyed every Mangold film except Knight and Day, which had a great, fun first act followed by just an awful mess of blandness afterward. Hopefully this movie won't suffer the same, and I'm remaining positive that it doesn't.

For those that haven't seen it I suggest seeking out his movie CopLand, starring Harvey Keitel, Robert De Niro, Ray Liotta, Robert Patrick, and an incredible lead performance from a drunk, over-weight, Sly Stallone. It's essentially a modern update of 3:10 to Yuma,

It's essentially a modern update of 3:10 to Yuma, and it's genuinely fantastic. It contains a massively underrated performance from Stallone that's equal to his original Rocky/First Blood parts, and even manages to over-shadow those other legendary performers in the same movie.

I believe in Mangold, for the fact that he can make completely different films. 3:10 was such a different film than Walk the Line, then he has a great romantic movie like Kate and Leopold, and now Wolverine. Yes, I believe he can pull it off.

Extra tidbit: Speaking of remake, I recently watch The Blob (1988) remake again and it's a really good remake too.
