Say what you will, but PREDATORS looks pretty f*cking cool in my opinion.

Even more so after checking out this new trailer. Seriously, I get action chills watching it. If you aren't even remotely interested in this after checking out the trailer, then I am truly flabbergasted.

I'm not going to stall anymore, just watch the damn thing.

Extra Tidbit: I buy Adrien Brody in an action role. The guy is a great actor. He might be a scrawny dude, but he bulked up quite a bit.

Cautiously optimistic
I don't really get the overwhelmingly UNANIMOUS positive response this trailer is getting. I mean it's decent, enough, but it's much more of a "wait-&-see" thing for me.



The one thing this movie got right though, at the very least, is it wisely avoided the mistake of the AVP movies - it doesn't take place on earth.

Ok firstly this is nothing like Lost...unless you've never really watched Lost and just judge via tv ads that it's about people trapped in some jungle...so no, this is not even LIKE Lost. If I was going to compare I'd say "The Condemned". Even then, it's not a good comparison. Predator meets Lost in a cliche ridden trailer that holds no intrigue. How many times have we see variations of this movie? "The worlds most dangerous criminals meets one of the worlds most overexposed alien creatures". Unless the reviews are jumping alive I will not be seeing this.

I'm amazed at how great and brutal this looks. Glad Predator is getting the justice it finally deserves after the last decade of crap. And to address Michael D's question about who will survive, I have a feeling there will be no survivors.

the original Predator is one movie that ive loved ever since the first time i saw it and has never gotten old. this seems to capture the feeling of the original quite well, lets hope the movie lives up to what weve seen so far. cannot wait for this movie.

Man, I just realized that this will be first experience of seeing a Predator movie in a theater, since I was too young for the first 2 (and I didn't go to a theater to see AVP, which I don't really count as part of the franchise anyway). Needless to say, I'm excited as hell for my first big screen Predator experience.

I must concur. If Predators is as good as the trailer hints, this'll be my favorite movie of the summer--even if Inception is as great as Memento or The Prestige.
