Entertainment Tonight has the first look at Sherlock Holmes 2

01.18.2011

What can we expect from SHERLOCK HOLMES 2? A hint or two is shown in this first look from Entertainment Tonight. So it was Robert Downey Jr.'s idea to do the SOME LIKE IT HOT homage? He's a pretty man, but no so much a pretty lady. If there was a rainbow I'd still ask him to do me on it.

Downey and Jude Law talk a bit about why they decided to do a sequel and how Noomi Rapace could probably kick their ass. What's even better is the quick look at Rapace in the film. I'm excited and was happy to hear a lot of you guys were as well.

Even though you weren't in love with Ricky Gervais' comedy at the Golden Globes, I still love you RDJ. Check out the video below.

Nice...

I dig what Ritchie has done with this series. It's like watching a 19th century Riggs and Murtaugh...good fun! I'm in...

I thought the first one was pretty meh, but I'm definitely still going to give this a chance.

Golden Globes

I think Downey was in on the joke Niki. He comes on stage and criticises Gervais, only to drift into a 'despicable' monologue of his own... I'd like to think he was being ironic... I hope!

What, no interview with Noomi?

Jeez, the two leads talk about her and ET doesn't give her any face time, or even some mention of who she is and her role in the film? Way to fall down on the job, dumbasses!

BTW, I hope Noomi Rapace picks her roles well. I'd like to see her succeed in Hollywood.

Can't wait for the sequel. The first one was a blast and doesn't get enough credit.

I also think that Jude Law as Watson was brilliant casting. Kudos, to the casting director.

For a second I thought Robert DJ said "between the two of us though she'd probably get pretty knocked up." LMAO..... I seriously have to get my mind out the gutter.

Sorry, were you implying RDJ wasn't in love with his comedy? I just proof read your article, I'm sorry, I should've kept reading!

Great to see all of them having such a great time. I love when Guy burst out laughing from behind the camera. Seems like they're really having fun.

I enjoyed the first immensely (though it did have it's faults like too much cgi and it being hard to hear Downey) but it was still a lot of fun and I'm very excited for this film.

Sir Oldman, you must work in the industry yourself. Though I do not, I always enjoy your posts and have very similar views. RDJ is a cool mo' fo. I kinda expected these versions of Holmes to be more popcorn-esque. Him and Law are awesome to watch like a Riggs and Murtaugh.
