Despite having what seems to be a growing number of haters, HBO's "Entourage" is still going strong. When it graduates from the small screen, will it follow SEX AND THE CITY into theaters?

It will if A-lister/exec producer Mark Wahlberg has his way. The Boston boy says the show (loosely based on his own Hollywood adventures) will run another two seasons and then: "We’ll see, there could be more. But then, a movie."

The show recently ended its sixth season, and the seventh is schedule to air next summer.

At the LOVELY BONES premiere, Wahlberg also briefly mentioned THE OTHER GUYS, his upcoming buddy-cop pairing with Will Ferrell. "I don’t really get to do comedy," he said, clearly discounting unintentionally hilarious THE HAPPENING.

The show is lazy and only tolerable sometimes because each episode clocks in at a merciful 30 minutes. A full-length feature is a terrible idea unless they can do something drastically different.

A movie isn't watch the show needs, a movie of one of the movies they made on the show would be awesome! James Cameron's Aquaman, c'mon that would be awesome!

Terrible Season
I normally enjoy Entourage. I thought the first 3 Seasons were really entertaining. It was never a brilliant show, but I still found the antics of Johnny Drama and Ari pretty entertaining. Since Season 3, the show has definitely been taking a steady decline. This past season, however, was a steep nose dive. Since Season 3, the show has definitely been taking a steady decline. This past season, however, was a steep nose dive. Not much happened over the course of the season, plot-wise (until they tried to save it in the last episode, but it was way too late). The writers would introduce a storyline and then end it in the next episode. Another complaint is that, for a show called "Entourage" the entire group was barely ever together at the same time. They really need to fix things up next season or else they're going to lose a ton of viewers. I know pretty much everyone I talked to who liked Entourage absolutely hated this season or already stopped watching.

I love Entourage, the last season was pretty shit though. This is a BAD idea, I hope it dnt go through.

i wholeheartedly agree. it seems like the type of show about what would happen to all those douchebag jocks and "popular" kids after college if they became movie stars. don't know why they're so many negatives for people who don't like it. people have some bad taste in shows. go watch the wire or something people

Entourage is a timeless show about a group of friends knowing what is best for each other and how to keep themselves in check if they want to keep living their amazing lifestyle. If you hate this show then you probably dont have any friends, or you think you do but they all just hate you. VICTORY!!!

You are right. I hate the show cause I dont have any friends. Also, I hate Transformers cause I dont have a gigantic robot in my backyard. And I hate The Phantom Menace cause I cant handle a light saber.

I watched the entire first season recently, for the first time. I was disappointed. Boring characters, nothing going on, badly written and acted. It doesnt seem to know if its a satire or if it takes itself seriously. I dont understand where the original praise came from. A movie would be a bad idea.

Fuck no...
The show's innocent garbage, who like SATC (which I really hate to admit was a much better show than this), its biggest drawback is it spawned a legion of idiots that try to live like the characters in the show. Oh, and the seasons are almost completely interchangeable... and mostly not funny. But yeah, fuck the movie.

SATC better then Entourage?? Seriously?? I think your man card should be revoked. You can say the same thing about the female viewers of SATC, a lot wanted to be like the women on the show

As much as I love Entourage, this just seems unnecessary. I'd rather it go an extra season than have a movie.

For the love of god do not make a movie based off the show......just keep it a tv show on hbo. I don't understand the need for this idea. If they are smart they will not make a fuckin movie out of this amazing show.
