Saw 2 opened up a background and a new twist, which was all more or less closed off nicely in 3. Four gives us unnecessary information, and a poorly developed/thought out twist, and most importantly and excuse for a sequal. Sure, I'm excited to see how it all ends, but I doubt A. That we'll be seeing that anytime soon, and B. That the writers even know how it all makes sense, since the series has gone through several different ones. Each Saw has been a little more dissapointing then the previous, and everytime I hope it's going to go back to the glory of the original. I basically lost hope after 4, but here's to another attempt. Although the teasers, spots and posters don't have me very excited...

And yes, I am sick of it and wish it would end, and yes, I have seen all four films, three of them on opening night.

"...anyone who hates on saw hasn't watched them."
Right, because there's no such thing as an opinion...

I couldn't agree more. The Saw films are just amazing and it's truly impressive how they are able to continue weaving such a complex, intricate web which intertwines the way the films do. I'm beyond excited to see V and then VI next year, to finally have closure and have every mystery finally solved. It just blows my mind when people bitch about the series continuing. It's obvious they haven't...

I'm beyond excited to see V and then VI next year, to finally have closure and have every mystery finally solved. It just blows my mind when people bitch about the series continuing. It's obvious they haven't watched them or they wouldn't be saying that. They're always like "why do we need another one?" Umm...because the story isn't over, perhaps... People seem to think the series should just abruptly stop. It makes no difference how many characters' fates are still unknown, how much is left up in the air, the fact that both 3 and 4 ended with things completely up in the air and were basically right in the middle of something...none of that makes any difference, just end it. The stupidity gets incredibly tiresome.
