Exclusive 1:1 Interview with The Host Star Jake Abel and Max Irons!

I’ve had the pleasure of speaking to Jake Abel several times before. He’s a fantastic actor and an amazing guy to just chat and hang out with. Yet his THE HOST co-star I had never met before, and after doing so I am happy to say that he is pretty damn cool as well. The two actors are about to hit the big time with the release of THE HOST, based on the book written by Stephenie Meyers - you know, the author of the TWILIGHT series.

Sitting down with these two gentlemen, you’d never know they are on the verge of super stardom. You see, Jake also happens to be a massive JoBlo.com fan and he has been for several years now. During our conversation we talked about JoBlo.com and what might be a drawing factor for our readers. We also had a conversation about a Twitter prank gone wrong involving ping pong balls. This is a funny story and I appreciate the fact that Ms. Meyers seems to have a sense of humor with the cast. Talking to Jake and Max was just great fun, and the two actors work incredibly well with the uber talented Saoirse Ronan, their co-star in THE HOST which opens this Friday at a theatre near you.
