08.28.2015

Have you ever feared that someone was after you? Maybe you broke the law or were framed for a crime you didn't commit. Or, maybe, there is a coup d'etat in the country you are vacationing in and you need to escape to save your family from certain death. I loved the Fugitive, but some of the 70s era on the run films just don't have the lasting power this list suggests. I would add Mad Max Fury Road to the list.

"Minority Report" def my favorite of the bunch

Funny Tidbit: I've found it a little amusing seeing as how Max Von Sydow has portrayed two, count 'em, TWO! (2) CEO's of a futuristic law enforcement agency and / or boss of a wrongly-accused futuristic lawman who then has to go on the run to clear his name.

Sylvester Stallone in "Judge Dredd" & Tom Cruise in "Minority Report".
