If you grew up watching Robert De Niro tear up the screen in films like GOODFELLAS and CASINO, and are craving something a little more vulgar from the man, then I think we have just the ticket for you! DIRTY GRANDPA follows an uptight guy (Efron) who is tricked into driving his grandfather, a perverted former Army general (De Niro), to Florida for spring break. There's something I admire about movies that just straight up tell you exactly what you're in for with the title. Now that the holidays have come and gone, it'll be nice change of pace to cleanse one's cinematic palette of all the Oscar films with something low-brow. Zac Efron proved to be a good fit in R-rated comedy before, so I'm hoping his teaming up with De Niro will provide some genuine laughs.
