Exclusive: Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom fan-trailer reimagines the sequel

Last Updated on August 5, 2021

Do you all remember Wayne Knight’s scheming Dennis Nedry in JURASSIC PARK? He’s the man who took a bribe from Biosyn to steal the dino DNA from Ingen (the creators of the park) but ended up being trapped in the mud and being killed by the Dilophosaurus. Though he met have met a much-deserved end there’s still the mystery of the Barbasol can filled with embryos that was left buried under the mud. Well, what if it was found years later – preserved by the layers of mud – by the people who paid to have it stolen in the beginning? Dun, dun, dun!

This new, exclusive fan-made trailer by the folks at Banana Dragon Productions reimagines the upcoming sequel, JURASSIC WORLD: FALLEN KINGDOM, as having the aforementioned scenario as its plot. In it we find Biosyn agents skulking around Isla Nublar, all before one finds the can and gets a dastardly look on his face. Do you think they'll bother to look for the remains of Nerdy? Probably not, right?

There are probably some JURASSIC PARK fans out there wondering what happened to the can filled with embryos, even if the science behind it was it could only last for 36 hours before they went bad. Still, anything is possible in this age of new technology, and maybe they could've done something with the goods if they found them on the island. Maybe that's something that could be covered in later movies! Who knows, maybe even Nedry was able to fight off the dinosaur at the last minute and has perhaps been living on the island in secret exile all these years. Boom, JURASSIC WORLD 3.

JURASSIC WORLD: FALLEN KINGDOM arrives June 22.
