Extract trailer

Apr. 8, 2009by: Dave Davis

Wouldn't it be cool if Mike Judge's next movie EXTRACT actualy found an audience in theaters instead of having to wait for a following on video?

The guy behind cult faves OFFICE SPACE and IDIOCRACY (and BEAVIS & BUTTHEAD, of course) has a new one coming, and it looks like more hilariously awkward workplace situations. The flick stars Jason Bateman as the hapless owner of a flower extract factory as he deals with an icy wife and disgruntled employees. You need more complications? Enter: supercutie Mila Kunis.

Then you also get J.K. Simmons, SNLer Kristen Wiig, Clifton Collins Jr., and a scruffy Ben Affleck. Click on Mila's inviting mouth and dig the new trailer at Cinematical.

EASY. The "dumbing down" of movies. I wouldn't be surprised if a film named ASS showed up sometime soon. Judge was on to something...

I hope we actually get to see this in theatres, unlike Idiocracy.

As for the Extra Tidbit...the existence of Ann Coulter and Rush Limbaugh. That should be enough.

Just saw Idiocracy...

...and thought it was brilliant! What happened? I'd been avoiding it like the plague specifically due to it's dismal performance in theaters... I mean, that usually indicates something, right? If you haven't, go rent it!

Palin and Limbaugh have already been said... I think the new anti-intellectualism trend in general is enough to make me want to cry.

A co-worker literally just said to me; "If we evolved from monkeys, why aren't monkeys having human babies?" **facepalm**

Looks funny, I'm a big fan of Jason Bateman and Mike Judge so I'm definitely gonna see it. Dear lord Mila Kunis is beautiful! Kristin Wiig is hot too.
