First Jurassic World 2 teaser finds Chris Pratt playing with a baby dino

The JURASSIC PARK franchise was brought to life in a big way back in 2015, and though it may not have been the best movie audiences were hoping for, they still flocked in mass to help make it the third biggest movie ever (pushed down to fourth later that year by STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS). Naturally, the dino train needs to keep on chugging, and now we have the first footage of the upcoming sequel, JURASSIC WORLD: FALLEN KINGDOM, in preparation for the first trailer, which will apparently drop on December 13, and then play in front of THE LAST JEDI.  Take a look at Chris Pratt playing mommy to a baby dinosaur above (followed by the trailer for the first JURASSIC WORLD), proving that they're just as fun to pet as they are to race through the jungle with on a motorcycle.

I wasn't the biggest fan of JURASSIC WORLD, but one thing that's getting me excited for this sequel is director J.A. Bayona. I'm a big fan of THE ORPHANAGE and A MONSTER CALLS, and I'm anxious to see what he brings to the series. There's definitely room to improve upon WORLD, so as far as I'm concerned there's nowhere to go but up.

JURASSIC WORLD: FALLEN KINGDOM hits theaters June 22, 2018.
