First official look at Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfried in Andrew Niccol’s In Time

Andrew Niccol’s upcoming sci-fi thriller starring Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfried has gone from being called I’M.MORTAL to NOW to finally IN TIME. These are all kinda sucky names, so I wouldn’t be surprised to see a fourth one sometime down the line.

Anyway, Fox has released the first two official images from Niccol’s film, depicting our two beautiful leading stars running for their lives in what seems like a much less science fictiony setting than I initially expected. Click ’em for BIG.

IN TIME also stars Olivia Wilde, Alex Pettyfer, Johnny Galecki, and Matt Bomer, and will have some footage shown this Thursday during its Hall H panel at Comic Con. Film is currently scheduled for release on October 28th.

Synopsis: Set in the not-too-distant future, where the aging gene has been switched off. To avoid overpopulation, time has become the currency and the way people pay for luxuries and necessities. The rich can live forever, while the rest try to negotiate for their immortality.

Storyline follows a rebel from the ghetto (Timberlake) who is falsely accused of murdering a wealthy man for his time, and goes on the run with a beautiful hostage (Seyfried).
