Big announcement today for those of you who’ve been waiting just about a decade to see the return of THE STRANGERS. We’ve just been informed that the new film “inspired” by the 2008 hit has been given a new title – STRANGERS: PREY AT NIGHT – and release date: March 9th. In addition, we’ve got a brand new image from the film to share with you; you can click on that above to see a bigger version.

The official synopsis for STRANGERS: PREY AT NIGHT:

A family’s road trip takes a dangerous turn when they arrive at a secluded mobile home park to stay with some relatives and find it mysteriously deserted. Under the cover of darkness, three masked psychopaths pay them a visit to test the family’s every limit as they struggle to survive. Johannes Roberts directs this horror film inspired by the 2008 smash hit THE STRANGERS.

We were lucky enough to be on the set of the film earlier in the year, so stay tuned for our full report of what we saw there in the dead of night as we move closer to the new film’s release date!
