International trailer & new poster for Third Person starring Liam Neeson

An international trailer for Paul Haggis' has been released online, as well as a new poster for the romantic drama. Similar to Haggis' CRASH, his new new film features an ensemble cast (Liam Neeson, James Franco, Mila Kunis, Adrien Brody, Maria Bello, Casey Affleck and Kim Basinger), and tells multiple interconnected stories.

Chirs Bumbray wasn't too impressed with Paul Haggis' latest when he saw THIRD PERSON at last year's TIFF, and if I'm being honest, this trailer isn't doing much for me. I'm sure all of the actors brought their A-game, however the film just doesn't look very interesting. I'll probably still check it out at some point, but I'm not expecting great things from THIRD PERSON.

Take a look:

Synopsis:

Three interlocking love stories involving three couples in three cities: Rome, Paris, and New York.

THIRD PERSON will be in theaters in New York and Los Angeles on June 20th, 2014.

Paul Haggis has serious talent

Paul Haggis has a real talent for being able to find the extraordinary in what seems ordinary, and to present realistic portrayals of extraordinary happenings, that usually are not extraordinary in the sensational over the top plots of cinema, but he presents them how they would seem in the real world, not the fictional world of movies. So I will still wait and judge for myself.

The film looks good but...

it's another Hollywood film where some old dude is paired with a woman LITERALLY half his age. I'm sure there are tons of 30 year old hot women just dying to bang 60+ year old men. Only in the mind of a Hollywood screenwriter.

If Liam Neeson isn't giving a threatening monologue about punching someone who took a family member in the face, I'm not interested.

Looks good. I'm a sucker for a big ensemble cast film.
