Yes, we’ve been here before. Many times. But we haven’t had a fresh rumor about the latest young hottie to fall prey to the darkly brooding charm of Daniel Craig’s deeply flawed and scarred James Bond in the upcoming BOND 22 in quite a while so we’re due.
The little known deliciously pale British ingenue Gemma Arterton, it seems, has landed one of the coveted Bond girl roles in the film and the folks over at Empire, having checked with an inside source, are convinced there’s credence to this rumor.
We’ll leave at “rumor” for now but should it turn out to be true, feel free to strike back with your thoughts on the casting. Arterton can be seen alongside Mischa Barton in the upcoming naughty schoolgirls comedy ST. TRINIAN’S and in Guy Ritchie’s crime thriller ROCKNROLLA.
