If you're digging what Marvel's been doing with their TV shows, than the following news may excite you! While the Marvel Comic Con panel hits later today, that hasn't stopped the powers that be from dropping some delicious news before the real fireworks begin! The character of Ghost Rider will be re-introduced in the 4th season of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.! Check out the teaser below!

I know more than a few of you would prefer that Ghost Rider appear on a Netflix show, but I'm curious to see how they'll re-introduce the character and what they'll do with him. Agents may not have as many fans as the Netflix shows do, so it makes sense that Marvel would want to give this series an adrenaline boost with a big, new character. Besides, this doesn't mean we can't get another Ghost Rider movie/TV show down the road. Perhaps they're testing the waters? In any event, check back here later today to see what other details we learn about Ghost Rider and Marvel's other upcoming projects!

The new season premiere will hit on September 20th at 10pm EST on ABC.

Feels like Marvel's first real misstep

Not that I was ever a big Ghost Rider fan, but they finally get him back and instead of maybe trying to incorporate him into the Netflix set of series where he would fit...they kind of just waste him with Agent's of SHIELD. I mean I like Agents Of SHIELD, but as the great Ed Lover says..."C'mon Son".

OMG yeah Tearlis is right, they're using the Robbie Reyes version not Johnny Blaze. So instead of Marvel finally getting their hands on the character and doing the REAL Ghost Rider justice that the fans have wanted, they are going to shove the new crap version down our throats. I'm a huge GR fan, I used to love to that character. But instead of the badass on the motorcycle, we get some guy wearing a mask driving a car that blows fire our the hood. YAY! #FUCKYOUMARVEL

Awesome that Ghost Rider is returning....not sure its awesome its on AOS. If any character deserved to be on Netflix as much or more than Punisher, its Ghost Rider. It is the exact tone that the Netflix series are. AOS is too light and happy for Ghost Rider, not to mention GR isn't exactly the least violent character in the world and one liners aren't his thing. I'll hold judgement and see if this is just a reintroduction and maybe he crosses over with Netflix series.

I can't wait to see how terrible the special effects will be for this. I mean it's on ABC.

Which is still only on Home Television. It is far known that TV shows don't have a huge budget. Even for Disney. If they make Ghost Rider look fantastic then he will only be in a couple episodes in order to save budget. If he is in more than 5 episodes then they will have crappy special effects just like when you see the Flash running. The flash running is probably the crappiest and choppiest special effects I have ever scene in a TV show. CW is owned by WB. Same difference when it comes to ABC
