Cinematic stoner Kal Penn recently left the acting world to work in the Obama administration but he may be putting in one last celluloid hurrah to close out the HAROLD AND KUMAR trilogy since Warner Bros. today announced that the third film in the series, A VERY HAROLD AND KUMAR CHRISTMAS, will be released on November 5th, 2010.
Actually, in all likelihood, the part will probably be re-cast since Penn likely can’t take a quick break to film a movie, much less one about stoners who do crazy shit with alterno-Neil Patrick Harris.
Nothing else is known about the film beyond the release date but it’ll probably deliver more of the same, only at Christmas, which is all you can really ask for.
