Here's another trailer for The Darkest Hour so you can be reminded that it exists

Dec. 6, 2011by:

I feel like THE DARKEST HOUR keeps getting lost in the shuffle of movies coming out this holiday season. Sadly, even I've forgotten about it.

It looks like it will be entertaining. Plus, it's hard to pass up any film with Emile Hirsch in it. The first couple of trailers for this film seemed a little slow for such an amped up flick but that all changes with this new one. Basically the third trailer cuts right to the point. For those with short attention spans, you may enjoy this a little more. My only problem is the blond chick, Rachael Taylor. Her character seems really annoying.

Check it out below.

Hmm.. I dunno what to think of it. The trailer starts off as a forgettable teen slasher flick, then veers into War of the Worlds in Europe territory, then sorta turns into a weird mix of Skyline and a Sci-Fi channel original movie and then I instantly forget about it. I'm always down for some new Sci-fi though, so hopefully it's better than the trailer suggests.
