These are the first shots from the set of THE HUNGRY RABBIT JUMPS, the story of Nic Cage as a man who turns to a vigilante (Guy Pierce) after his wife (January Jones) is assaulted. It may not look like much, but it does feature the most important part of any Nicolas Cage movie, what his hair is going to look like.
He seems to be rocking a goatee this time around, and the rest of his hair doesn't seem as falcon-y as usual. He also appears to be jogging. Come on, what do you want? It's the slowest news day of the year here.

FWIW, it's a Van Dyke rather than a goatee. The latter is chin-hair without an accompanying moustache. ;)
