UPDATE - We received word from an inside source at Universal Studios that the picture below and those in the accompanying gallery are of a set for NATIONAL TREASURE 2 not INDIANA JONES 4. So if you're interested in NATIONAL TREASURE 2 set pics, then click away. Otherwise, keep waiting patiently for more INDIANA JONES pics.

If you're one of the lucky ones visiting the southern California area in the next couple weeks you might be lucky enough to catch a glimpse at the INDIANA JONES 4 set over at Universal Studios. There is where they've apparently built the set below that will be used in the film. It's unclear exactly what it is, but it certainly looks INDIANA JONESish. I'll also likely be heading out to Connecticut to take in the scenery when INDIANA JONES is filming there so hopefully we'll have even more set pics for you. IGN is also reporting some rumors that INDIANA JONES filming could be taking place at or near Area 51 raising the speculation that aliens and/or UFOs are still involved. Hmmm... I'm all for Indy 4, but if Connery isnt coming back, don't even write him into the script.

Not INdy 4...

That is from National Treasure 2. Indy 4 is filming on the Universal Lot but it's under very tight security. They are filming on Soundstage 10 and it is impossible to see anything.

I cant be sure about it but I think that is actually a set from National Treasure 2. I remember reading that somewhere on a studio tour website

I know a lot of people are probably going to be pissed that Indy may be fighting aliens in this movie, but I think it's damn cool.
