International 60-second spot for Skyfall with Daniel Craig rocks the house
Sometimes shorter is better and I think that's the case with this new international spot for SKYFALL, the 23rd cinematic adventure of James Bond 007. Starring Daniel Craig as the martini-drinking, ass-kicking, lady killer, the new entry looks like an action-filled romp with all the intrigue, twists, and gadgets to satisfy the most ardent fans. This international TV spot is a lengthy 60 seconds, but encapsulates the trailers we've seen thus far quite well with a fast-paced, tightly cut spot that is sure to get your blood pumping for November.
Get in on the action:
SKYFALL is kind of the icing on the cake for the Fall movie season to me. We've got Hobbits, Tarantino, Abe Lincoln, Liam Neeson, Wachowskis, Jack Reacher, and James-f*cking-Bond. Really, that's a hell of a line-up and that's not everything. SKYFALL, directed by Sam Mendes and starring Craig, Javier Bardem, Judi Dench, Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris, Bérénice Marlohe, Albert Finney, and Ben Whishaw, is slated to infiltrate theaters on November 9, 2012.

this feels like . . . .
Either way, I can't wait!

Tidbit: I'd love to see Sean Connery play an iconic villain as his true departing role from cinema.

Re the extra tidbit, I would love to see Bond up against a British villain once again. Perhaps Ian McKellen or Anthony Hopkins could portray a former MI6 agent, perhaps a colleague or possibly even former romantic interest of M's, who resurfaces to seek long-overdue vengeance, with Bond caught squarely in the fray.
