Last Updated on July 30, 2021

AQUAMAN star Jason Momoa has just released a video message via the upcoming superhero film's official Twitter account confirming that a trailer is scheduled to drop tomorrow!

In the video, Momoa simply cannot keep himself from smiling at the camera, as he tells everybody that he loves them. He also takes a moment to show viewers his beautiful home, where the actor has recently returned after a grueling film schedule to relax with loved ones. Then, while pointing the camera down at a breathtakingly-blue ocean floor, Momoa says that a surprise is waiting for us at the bottom. This is the part when, while grinning from ear to ear, Momoa leaps off a nearby cliff and into the water below. As he explores an ocean teeming with aquatic life, he holds his phone up to reveal that yes, an trailer for AQUAMAN will go live tomorrow!

Personally, I think the video is adorably awesome, and we here at JoBlo are more than stoked to see what Momoa, director James Wan, and the rest of the cast and crew have planned for AQUAMAN.

You can watch the video for yourself below:

From Warner Bros. Pictures and director James Wan comes an action-packed adventure that spans the vast, visually breathtaking underwater world of the seven seas, "Aquaman", starring Jason Momoa in the title role. The film reveals the origin story of half-human, half-Atlantean Arthur Curry and takes him on the journey of his lifetime — one that will not only force him to face who he really is, but to discover if he is worthy of who he was born to be … a king.

Starring alongside Momoa in the aquatic cinematic experience is Amber Heard (JUSTICE LEAGUE, THE RUM DIARY) as Mera, a passionate and relentless warrior and Aquaman's reliant partner throughout his journey; Oscar nominee Willem Dafoe (THE GRAND BUDAPEST HOTEL, SHADOW OF THE VAMPIRE) as Vulko, council to the Atlantean throne; Patrick Wilson (HARD CANDY, INSIDIOUS) as Orm/Ocean Master, the modern King of Atlantis; Dolph Lundgren (ROCKY IV, UNIVERSAL SOLDIER) as Nereus, King of the Atlantean tribe Xebel; Yahya Abdul-Mateen II (THE GET DOWN, THE GREATEST SHOWMAN) as the vindictive Black Manta; and Oscar winner Nicole Kidman (EYES WIDE SHUT, THE OTHERS) as Arthrur's mother, Atlanna; Ludi Lin (POWER RANGERS, LOST IN HONG KONG) also stars as Captain Murk, Atlantean Commando; with Temuera Morrison (GREEN LANTERN, MOANA ) as Arthur's dad, Tom Curry.

AQUAMAN will swim into theaters on December 21st.
