Jean-Claude Van Damme and Dolph Lundgren will crack some 3D skulls in UNIVERSAL SOLDIER IV

I've been told that one cannot realize the full power and potential of Jean-Claude Van Damme simply by watching him in traditional 2D.

So it's only natural that UNIVERSAL SOLDIER IV upon it's release will be in 3D.

Foresight Unlimited announced today that they were starting production this fall on the next film in the series. Don't worry Dolph Lundgren will be returning to do some damage as Andrew Scott. John Hyams, director of the UNIVERSAL SOLDIER: REGENERATION is also returning to helm the project.

You know, speaking of REGENERATION, it wasn't really all that bad. While Lundgren and Van Damme will always be cool in some capacity it had been 10 years since the last SOLDIER film. I ended up thinking that film would be one of those that gets mocked endlessly, but adoringly on the podcast. However I was wrong. Hell, Arrow even loved it.

I'll go ahead and say it, I'm looking forward to it.

Extra Tidbit: I just want a count of who here liked JCVD. I'll raise my hand first.
