It might seem pretty cut and dry, but from the rumors behind I'M STILL HERE, I really have no clue what to expect.

For example, I knew the movie would contain man on man defecation. However, yesterday I read that the man defecating on Joaquin Phoenix was the guitarist for Spacehog (Antony Langdon). How odd and random is that? Then again, how odd and random is this whole thing?

Now there's this new clip from the film where Phoenix goes to the home of Diddy or whatever the f*ck he's calling himself these days. I have a hard time taking him seriously after the skit on CHAPPELLE'S SHOW, "Breast milk! You make my day!"

Extra Tidbit: When I watch the clips I can't get a comment out of my head that one of the schmoes wrote. It was something to the effect of, "Is this the future biopic for Zach Galifianakis?"

he is not a genius, how can he be a genius when we all knew his act was fake? I mean he was so mad at Letterman when he said the same bc he thought taht we thought he was really crazy but we all knew he wasnt, he was being followed by a camera, its jack ass or borat, its NOT genius. Now if were to find out mel Gibsons whole thing was fake that would be genius bc we all think its real. Your not...

The comedy doesn't come from US, the VIEWER not knowing it's fake, it comes from the people in the film NOT KNOWING it's fake.

It's called Dramatic Irony and has been used in TONS of movies I'm sure you love yourself.

It's when we, the audience know something that characters themselves DO NOT know.

It's all a practical joke, and a genius one at that. I firmly believe this will go down in history as an acclaimed character study/performance art. He's playing a pathetic, washed-up, sad version of himself. He devoted over a year of his life to making himself seem like a complete asshole, all to sell an idea and expose our obsession with celebrity. I'm looking forward to this.

People are saying this could be the first actor to be nominated for playing himself. I personally think this is pure genius. Andy Kaufman would be proud.

Ehh I guess its funny because its an inside joke and stuff, but it mostly just comes off as sad. And perhaps even more important it comes off as boring.
