Yesterday we brought you some awesome new DOCTOR STRANGE set pics, and several more photos from the production have surfaced online, featuring Mads Mikkelsen's character. It hasn't been revealed yet who Mikkelsen is portraying, but we do know that his character, "a sorcerer who breaks off into his own sect," is the main villain of the Marvel film, and the popular speculation is that he's playing Kaecilius, a disciple of Baron Mordo.

Yesterday director Scott Derrickson also announced that filming has wrapped for the upcoming movie by tweeting a photo of himself with a Doctor Strange comic. When do you think the first trailer will be released for DOCTOR STRANGE?

DOCTOR STRANGE is due out on November 4, 2016.

Looks like someone's been neglecting the face moisturizer. Get that guy some Neutrogena, quick!

Sill think he would have made for the perfect Dr Doom, if Marvel were to have retained the rights back from Fox for Fantastic Four.

I'm not as familiar with the Doctor Strange comics; do you think these shots are pre-CGI, with the rest of his face matching his eyes? Or is that just the way this character will look?

I'm not familiar with the Dr. Strange universe either, but given the way the makeup blends so well into his surrounding skin and the lack of motion-tracking marks on his face, I'd say this makeup is final. But that's just a guess.

Mikkelsen plays such a good villain, I hope there's some way that his character can become the new Loki and stick around for several films rather than just be defeated and killed in this one. The main problem with all of these one-and-done Marvel villains it that when you know they're going to be definitively vanquished by the end of each movie, they start to lose any sense of real threat or stakes. They're disposable. Let some of them live to fight another day!

Still say they shoulda got Jesse Eisenberg to play Doctor Strange, maybe play it a little manic and Jim Carrey-esque, big opportunity missed there.

I don't mind superheroes battling in New York or other major cities. What I do mind, is that complete cities get destroyed in the process, that's the thing that's getting tiresome.
