Latest trailer for the World War II action drama Red Tails is the best one yet
Most of you seemed to really dig the first trailer for Anthony Hemingway's RED TAILS. And rightly so, as it featured a collection of great actors telling a familiar but uplifting story set against the backdrop of WWII and punctuated with some absolutely incredible-looking aerial action sequences.
The latest trailer is even better, striking a much better balance between the film's drama and action, both of which look to deliver something we never would've expected out of Lucasfilm in this day and age.
RED TAILS soars into theaters January 20th.
Synopsis: 1944. As the war in Europe continues to take its toll on Allied forces, the Pentagon brass has no recourse but to consider unorthodox options including the untried and untested African-American pilots of the experimental Tuskegee training program. Just as the young Tuskegee men are on the brink of being shut down and shipped back home, they are given the ultimate chance to show their courage. Against all the odds, with something to prove and everything to lose, these intrepid young airmen take to the skies to fight for their country and the fate of the free world.
